Returns or replace
Customer’s satisfaction is our most important thing, in this belief, we promise to replace or refund under the following situations:
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.
Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
All sent products are marked with our return address for your convenience.
If a product is unclaimed or returned, it will come back to us and we'll place it in temporary returns for 20 days. During this time, you'll be able to send us a new shipping address, and you'll be responsible for second time shipping costs. All unclaimed returns will go to charity.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please report a problem.
When we receive a returned shipment, we may ask you to send us a new shipping address.
Wrong Address - If customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned back to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
